My Timesheet
Access the ‘My Timesheet’ module
Step 1: Click on the ‘hamburger’ icon at the top left corner of your screen.Â
Step 2: Select ‘My Timesheet’

Daily tab
The daily tab allows you to add lunch breaks, clock in/out a staff member, mark a person sick and assign leaves.Â

Add a lunch break
Step 1: Select ‘ADD LUNCH BREAK’Â
Step 2: Select the date and duration. Â
Step 3: Click on ‘UPDATE LUNCH BREAK’
If you want to delete the break,Â
Step 1: Hold ‘Lunch Break’ and swipe left.Â
Step 2: Select delete.
Assign a sick time
Step 1: Select ‘SICK’. This automatically assigns the person as sick for the entire day.Â
Step 2: If you want to add additional days of sickness, click on ‘Today’ on the top of your screen.
Step 3: Select the date and repeat Step 1. Repeat steps 1 to 3 to add additional days.


Weekly tab
This tab gives you an overview of the selected person’s activities that week.Â
For a detailed day-wise breakdown, click on ‘Details’ by the person’s name.
