How can I get a demo?

How long will it take to get Hectre up and running in my business?

We’ll have you up and running quick smart!

There are several factors that will determine how quickly we can get you set up. Typically two to three weeks is all we need! This includes the initial set up where we’ll load up all of your required orchard data, procure any gear you need, take care of any integrations, plus training for your key staff. 

If you’ve got a super tight deadline and wish to get Hectre in place pronto, let us know as we may be able to allocate priority staff for your set up at an additional one-off cost.

Where is Hectre based?

We have offices in Washington State and New York State (America) and in Auckland (New Zealand). With customers spread across the world, wherever you are, you can probably work with us.

How long has Hectre been in operation?

We’ve been working with growers for over five years now. 

We’ve been here through the tough times, and we’re here to stay!

What if our internet is poor in the orchard?

No problem!

We know some locations have challenges with sourcing reliable internet, so we’ve made Hectre available for use offline, as well as online. When you get back into coverage, Hectre will sync up and your data will be uploaded automatically. 

Is Hectre available in other languages?

Yes, Hectre is bilingual!

As well as English, Hectre is also available in Spanish.

Does Hectre integrate with payroll software?

Yes it does!

We have the capability to integrate with any payroll system provider that supports imports.

Current payroll system integrations include:

Can you help me purchase iPads and iPhones and portable printers?

Yes we can!

Just let us know what you need, and how many, and we’ll help get you sorted! 

What equipment do I need to use Hectre?

Nothing special! 

Use the Hectre app on your iPad or iPhone – how’s that for simple!

You can also access reporting and other Hectre management tools on your laptop. If you’re going to be using bin tickets and the like, you’ll want some portable printers for that.

*We can assist you with procuring iPads, iPhones, portable printers and printer rolls. 

Do I have to pay per user?

No way!

Your annual subscription fee covers as many users as you want. No limits!

How much does it cost to use Hectre?

Pricing for Hectre is based on how many hectares you have under management and is charged as an annual subscription. We think this is the fairest way to charge. We do not charge per user – users are unlimited!

Do I have to sign up for all of the Hectre modules?

No you don’t!

We provide heaps of flexibility. You can sign up for one module, three modules, or the whole lot!

Is Hectre just for big commercial growers?


We have customers of all sizes, from small family businesses to large enterprises. 

And because we charge based on hectares, the cost stays proportionate, enabling smaller growers to get their hands on Hectre’s great technology, just as the big players can.
