We’re developing a bonus option which would be incorporated into the Hectre Timesheet & Payroll module. This would enable supervisors/owners to select daily or hourly bonus options for those staff they wish to pay bonuses to, and this data would then flow through to the grower’s payroll software through Hectre’s payroll integration capability. Making payroll even simpler!
Below you’ll find examples of the initial work we’ve carried out.

- Note that there is an option to upload a copy of the bonus approach you use. This is super helpful for us to see the reality of what growers use. (This information will only be used by the Hectre team for bonus development purposes and will not be shared with any third parties.)
